Our holistic approach includes activities that address life skills, emotional and physical well-being, support with transitioning to suitable accommodations, facilitating access to education, training, and employment opportunities, and providing essential tools for independent living. ​

Floating Support
18 - 25 Years Old
We offer invaluable assistance throughout various stages, including facilitating the transition to new accommodations and providing guidance on establishing a tenancy. Through our holistic approach, we aim to equip young individuals with the resilience and resources needed to overcome challenges and thrive independently.
